DELIVERY

The delivery of your jewelry is made to choose from and depending on the periods: by Colissimo with signature, by Chronopost 24 hours, in relay point, and punctually by courier in Paris Intramuros. The jewelry is shipped within 24 hours worked after the order, except for engraved jewelry (count a few additional days). Delivery times usually vary from 1 to 3 working days from the date of shipment.

We ship worldwide ! Delivery is offered in mainland France from € 250 purchase. For other countries, it is offered:
  • From € 250 purchase in Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Continental Spain, Continental Portugal, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Andorra and Monaco
  • From 350 € of purchase in Switzerland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Malta, Norway, Romania, Denmark, Hungary, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia, certain territories overseas and Spain.

When you ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. You can also follow the shipment from your customer account.

If you have placed your order online

We do not do any online exchanges. We invite you to return the jewelry for a refund, and to place a new order.You have the possibility to exchange your jewelry by Vermeil Gold in boutique Only, making an appointment at 255 rue Saint Honoré in Paris.

To return your jewelry for free: within 90 days of receipt of your order,

1. Download your return label by clicking here *
Find out the requested information (don't forget the # before the order number) then click on "search for my order", then "generate my return label". You will only have to download!

2. Return the articles concerned
They must be stored in their original writing, in perfect condition, and must not have been worn. The delivery slip must be placed in the package. Each article must still have its label: if an item has been carried or damaged, or if the label is missing, we will not be able to make its refund.

    Upon receipt of your package, we will reimburse (count 1 to 10 days of treatment).If you want to exchange your jewelry for another size or another design, just place a new order!

    Please note that our 18 -carat gold creations are made on order, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Likewise, personalized jewelry (engraved) cannot be subject to any exchange or refund.

    *We do not cover the return costs from abroad. In this case, postage is your responsibility. Please return the follow -up jewelry followed, to the following address:

    REPAIRS
